Life is all about facing challenges - Sana Khan

Popular actress Sana Khan who was seen as the one of the contestants in Bigg Boss season 6 on Colors will now be seen in another reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi - Darr Ka Blockbuster Returns to show her daring side. While the actress was embroiled in a controversy recently, she talks about the same and clears her stand regarding the same.

In a chat with us Sana also talks about her strategies, working with the host of the show and more...

Are you prepared to participate in such a daring show?

I am not completely prepared but preparing myself mentally. After the show starts, I will have to prepare myself after every stunt. I am excited more than prepared and anxiety level is very high because I don't know what will happen in the show. Its like a surprise factor for me. So I am looking forward to go to Cape Town to perform in this daredevil show.

How adventurous are you in real life?

In real I am not at all adventurous and I don't take challenges but whatever comes in front of me I have to complete that (laugh). But frankly I don't think so there is any adventurous place in India except the amusement park in Mumbai called as Adlabs Imagica and Everest. However, I couldn't go to any of the mentioned place. So in this show I will try and use my strength and will mentally prepare myself to do whatever comes my way in this show. I will observe the other contestants to see where I can improve myself while performing stunts.

Which is your biggest phobia?

Everything is my phobia because whatever activities they will make us to do on the show, those are the ones which we have never thought of doing it in our lives. I am a common human being who is scared of everything the way everyone is. You know as a kid I used to feel that cockroach will eat me and sometimes when I used to find rats in my house, I used to not sleep because I used to feel that rat will bite me. But as I grew up, I realize that these are all assumptions. So now sitting here I am feeling that I won't be able to do certain things as its my assumption, but you never know that after going there the story might be different.

You are mostly surrounded by controversies, so what do you have to say about it?

Life is all about facing challenges, which you take by yourself or it just appears in front of you, but challenges are challenges and you have to face it. When you face so many ups and downs and life becomes like a roller coaster ride sometimes you don't understand that what actually has happened with you. I question myself ki mere sath yeh kya hua. That's what life is all about. Today I am growing and tomorrow I will be married and will have my kids, there will be many challenges coming my way. So today I have become mentally so strong that any random person cannot harm me. That is the best thing I have discovered about myself and I have transformed as a person ki ab mujhe koi nuksaan nai paucha sakta. I am fearless now. Now after Khatron Ke Khiladi I will become physically strong as well.

What do you have to say about your host Rohit Shetty?

As a host he is a very positive person. He motivates all the contestants to perform the stunts. So I think when you are at a place where you family is not there, you don't have any companion, though all the contestants become friends but somewhere they are the competitors as well. So I can see family in him and he is also an inspiration.
