Lapataganj makers to come up with Chidiya Ghar

Few months ago we saw, Garima Production's Ring Wrong Ring and Gili Gili Gappa making an exit from SAB TV due to the low TRPs they generated. Another show named Lapataganj by the same production house is currently making waves on SAB TV and the latest scoop is that the same makers are gearing up to create another venture for the same channel.

A little birdie from the industry quips, "Garima Productions is coming up with a show titled Chidiya Ghar on SAB TV. The show will have a vast cast where each character will have a peculiar quality of an animal."

"The head of the family would have the nuances of a lion whereas someone who loves to talk will be portrayed as a parrot. One of them will be a snake who is always creating differences between people while one will sway gracefully as a peacock. The casting is in process and the production is trying to approach well known actors to essay these unique characters," adds the source.

We tried hard to get in touch with Producer Ashwini Dheer but she remained unavailable.
