Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3 & Mastizaade Trailers weren't Censor approved

It has become quiet shocking to us as we hear that Bollywood's upcoming sex comedy film 'Kyaa Super Hai Hum' 3 and 'Mastizaade' has somehow gone against the rules of the censor board.

Yes, you heard that right.

It was just recently when the trailers of both the films were brought to the notice of Information and Broadcast ministry (I&B), which found its content to be potentially vulgar.

The I&B ministry has thus demanded a clarification from the Central Board for Film Certification (CBFC) asking as to how such content was allowed to pass.

As per reports, CBFC chairperson Pahlaj Nihalani has already sent an explanation to I &B ministry. He said, "We are in a Catch-22 situation. Karo toh gaali, naa karo toh gaali. When we were strict with the vulgarity quotient we were called prudes. Sanskari became a gaali. And to endorse obscenity was seen worthy of all taali. So we certified some films with scenes and dialogues that we would have somehow never passed as they went against our guidelines". [sic]

The official also pointed out that the scenes shown in the trailers are illegal. He remarks that, "The steep level of vulgarity in the trailers was brought to our notice. And we were shocked to see that the scenes and dialogues that we had censored were being used in the trailer. In fact the makers of Angry Indian Goddesses have put together scenes deleted from the film and posted them online. Do they know it's a culpable crime?[sic]

Nihalani who is a staunch follower of BJP said, "Yes, I am a proud solider of the BJP and I firmly believe Narendra Modi is the present and future of the country. But I've a mind of my own. And I know what is good for the film industry as I've been a producer for 40 years". [sic]

"As long as I am the chairperson of CBFC, I'll do what my conscience tells me is right. Brickbats have never bothered me. I won't buckle under pressure from vested interests". [sic]
