Kundali Bhagya Actress Niju Machhan says,”My Diwali celebrations were filled with sweet moments with my family

Festivals like Diwali provide a perfect time to create and cherish moments with loved ones. For actress Niju Machhan, who is currently seen in the Zee TV show Kundali Bhagya, Diwali this year was a simple affair with family.

When asked about this year’s Diwali celebrations, Niju says,”Well, Diwali is one of my favourite festivals as there’s so much positivity and togetherness everywhere. What makes this festival special is it brings the family and friends together for celebrations. Well, I didn’t have big plans for the festival as my daughter is too small to travel, so, I celebrated the festival in Mumbai only. My Diwali celebrations were filled with sweet moments with my family as I got a chance to meet them after such a long time.”

Niju further says, “I decorated my house with flowers, diyas and lights. Also, I love to make rangoli on Diwali as it is considered auspicious. Apart from this, good food and traditional sweets were a mandatory part of our celebrations. In the evening, my entire family did pooja and post that we spent some quality time. I hate crackers, so, I always prefer pollution-free Diwali.”

Professionally, Niju is known for her acting chops in the popular show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Apart from this, she has also played the lead role in multiple Doordarshan shows like Mumtaaz mahel, saahiba mirza,kahani meri maati ki, Munidhaar, tum bin jiya jaye na,and many more.
