Kunal Karan Kapoor to play the new lead in 'Woh Apna Sa'

After having been advised some rest, the actor, with consideration from the makers decided to make an exit from the show and give himself some time to focus on his health. 

And now, according to reports in Bombay times, making an entry in the show as the new male lead will be actor Kunal Karan Kapoor, who was last seen in the second season of Doli Armaanon Ki. The reports also suggested that Ssudeep's character will be shown to have drowned which will make way for the new entry.

The actor, while talking to the daily also expressed his wish to work in finite series and his regret upon leaving the show mid-way. Regarding the on going rumours about the show, he mentioned that he isn't aware of any developments as of now but the latest he heard was that it has got an extension.
