#KuchBhi: This week's lesson on seeing and believing scenes for dummies!

TV had some shocking revelations this week. Two characters who are assumed dead aren't really dead and some are taking the "fake it till you make it" road. Moreover, we couldn't take our eyes of the drama, the love angles, the confusions and of course, the kuch bhi moments. It all boils down to how normalized these scenes are on our favourite shows. The actors may not notice the glitches but guess what? we do!

From EK Vivah Aisa Bhi to Zindagi Ki Mehek, here's your doze of kuch bhi from the past week-

A case of seeing things you probably shouldn't on Ek Vivaah Aisa Bhi

Suman (Sonali Nikam), on the occasion of Teej is completing a ritual that requires her to look into a basin of water and find her suhaag ki nishaani (her husband). Things get real pretty soon as she actually ends up seeing Ranveer (Abhishek Malik) for a whole minute and then when she turns around, he isn't really there (she sees him in the exact same clothes he's wearing that day though). But, she doesn't even bat an eyelash apart from having the "why me bro?" look on her face.

Cut to Dusehra ground where Ranveer calls her. Somehow she manages to go to him along with the puja thali. And, then we have Ravi (Ruslaan Mumtaz) coming right back from the dead just to make some casual patriarchal comments against widow remarriage. Note to Ravi: Dude, she really thought you're dead, wasn't that your own plan? Suman on seeing her ex-husband falls in an impromptu faint and we're left thinking if she can survive hallucinations why is this such a shock.

This fake axe murderer on Zindagi Ki Mehek

The funny scenes on Zindagi Ki Mehek are funnier than you think. We cannot even begin to enumerate the things wrong with Friday's episode, but we will try!

Mehek (Samiksha Jaiswal) is covering for Shaurya (Karan Vohra) as he looks for a safe in the Khanna mansion. Mehek is scaring Ajay with Karuna and her lot by trying to restrain her. They fail and Ajay is sent crawling against the stairway. We know Mehek is pretending but something else in the scene seems to be doing a better job- The Axe! The axe is so clearly made with black cloth tried to a wooden stick. Meanwhile, Shaurya is lurking in a room where Pammi is suspecting an intruder has been. We wonder how she managed to take her own sweet time to check under the bed and complain about how it is dusty and cleaned carelessly with the commotion down stairs. Hint: She so knows the axe isn't real. Shaurya (who is supposed to be dead) is right there behind the door after he follows Pammi around, smooth! Also, the stapler-pins on that axe.

This brave roof-top confrontation on Beyhadh

Saanjh (Aneri Vajani) is all set to leap from the roof to save everyone involved from the bomb she's wearing. Arjun (Kushal Tandon) is right in time to save her from falling. He makes the classic statements of never letting her go. Just then, Maya (Jennifer Winget) gets to the roof as she has a GPS tracker on Saanjh. Every time someone makes Maya mad, they regret it but they never learn from their mistakes and then regret pissing her off even more! This time the love story of dusky and duffer is played out right in front of her eyes as Arjun declares his love with an overwhelmed Saanjh who's internally screaming "Shut-Up she'll kill us both"

Maya does have the bomb trigger attached to her necklace and needless to say, she asks Arjun to step aside before she can blow up Saanjh to bits. But, allow us to call her bluff! Arjun is finally being the brave knight but he's doing it barely a few feet away from Maya. Of course, she won't press the trigger because then, she'd die too. The blast radius is obviously bigger than just a square foot. So Arjun continues to challenge her to press the button before Beyhadh gives us another reason to stop her.

Maya's mother shows up right in time to slap her. She's had a quick recovery, enough to find the trio, get on the roof at the perfect moment. C.I.D, anyone?

A pro-level dress-up game on Pehredaar Piya Ki
Pehredaar Piya Ki didn't bother to explain much this week. Diya (Tejasswi Parkash Wyangankar) is set to go to a meeting, where her way to the board room is obstructed with Jhumki leading her to the store room instead. Diya who is supposed to be a protector is quite the cry baby as she screams and jumps up at the drop of the hat. She screams when she dashes against some furniture and then when she drops a whole lot of dust on her in an effort to get a stool to jump out the escape window.

We have no problem believing that she reached the 10 feet high window in the wall with a small stool. But, when she goes into the corridor and realises that she has dust all over her, we are surprised at the lightening speed at which she reached the broad room fully dressed up in a whole new look. No sooner than she looks at her reflection that she is seen apologizing for being late. Now that is some light speed dress-up game.

At times Zindagi Ki Mehek brings such comical scenes and this is one amongst them. Well done Samiksha Jaiswal. Karan Vohra as Shaurys seemed to enjoy her rants and drama.
