Krratika Sengar, the Jhansi Ki Rani??

The buzz in the industry is that Krratika Sengar will be seen essaying the powerful role of Jhansi Ki Rani on Zee TV.

According to our sources, "It is known to the media that a newcomer by name Kratika will be playing the title role in the show, but the inside information is that the production house and channel want to keep the real identity of the actress under wraps. However, the fact remains that Krrtaika Sengar who was earlier seen in Kasautii Zindagi Kii and Kya Dill Mein Hai has been finalized for the role of Rani Lakshmi Bai".

We tried talking to the actress Krratika, but she simply rubbished the news saying, "I am not doing the show, this is news to me. I do not know how to react".

We tried contacting the channel and the production house for a confirmation, but did not get any reply.

As reported by Telly Buzz earlier, the younger version of Rani Lakshmi Bai will be played by Ayesha who was earlier seen in COLORS' Chhote Miya.
