KL Rahul & Athiya Shetty's wedding will have the 'no phone rule': Reports

Bollywood is once again in the midst of wedding season. KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty's long-awaited nuptials are about to happen. As reports already revealed, the Indian cricketer's home was beautifully lit up in preparation for the wedding celebrations. On January 23, the two lovers will reportedly get married in Suniel Shetty's opulent Khandala villa. While the Mehendi ceremony is reportedly taking place within the home, and there won't be many other events.

A report from Etimes stated that Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul will reportedly exchange vows on January 23 in front of 100 family members from both the bride's and the groom's sides. It's also rumoured that not many well-known Bollywood actors would attend the wedding because the couple wants to keep it mostly within the family. Now according to reports in Zoom Digital, there would be a huge reception party a few weeks later. 

A big wedding celebration has been planned for the top names in the film and cricket industries when the IPL concludes in May, according to a friend close to the couple. Although the wedding is scheduled for January 23, guests are expected to start arriving on January 21.

In fact, the location will make special accommodations for the photographers.

Well, it appears that the "no phone policy" at significant celebrity weddings has emerged as the newest fashion. Even at Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul's wedding, guests will have their phones confiscated, and they may even be warned not to upload any images or videos made at the event.

While KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty have kept quiet about their impending nuptials, their admirers have been curious to learn more. If reports are to be believed, the sangeet ceremony would reportedly feature performances by Athiya's friends, her brother Ahan Shetty, and her parents Suniel and Mana Shetty.
