Kim Soo-Hyun fans use legal route against online defamation; Kim Sae-Ron had strict contract with ex-husband?

Kim Soo-Hyun fans have been backing him for over a month now. The actor has been accused of being a groomer by the family of late actress Kim Sae-Ron. While he is fighting them in court, a number of people have been posting defamatory and malicious content about him on social media. His fans have now taken matters in their own hands. We have seen support trucks lined outside Gold Medalist where they have messages of strength for the beleaguered actor. They have appointed a lawyer to file legal complaints against those accounts that are writing malicious stuff about the actor.

The fans are being represented by attorney Yang Tae-Young. The union will file the official police complaint with the Seoul Seongbuk Police Station this week. The charges include defamation under Korea's Information and Communications Network Act. In fact, they are also collecting funds from fan bases overseas to fund the legal fees for this initiative. They said that personal attacks should not happen on the actor by people who claimed to be on the side of Kim Sae-Ron's family.

In the middle of all this, Lee Jin-Ho has made even more startling claims. He said that it is shocking that Garosero kind of provided protection to the alleged ex-husband of Kim Sae-Ron. He said no one bothered to verify his claims that he was not an abusive man when her friends hinted at otherwise. It seems the alleged husband would send Kim Sae-Ron shaman videos where she would hear that she is a bad person, and no good would happen to her life hereafter. These fortune-telling videos caused her a lot of despair.

It seems her husband was obsessive to a point that her friends felt very concerned about the actress. Lee Jin-Ho has claimed that one day she was drinking alone at a pub, but she had to show CCTV proof to her husband to establish that she was indeed alone.

What is even more shocking is one alleged contract that this ex-husband of Kim Sae-Ron is said to have drawn with her, as per Lee Jin-Ho. It had consent to check each other’s phones when desired. It also said that no mention would be made of ex-boyfriends or girlfriends. Moreover, gas lighting was prohibited. A violation of the clauses meant a fine of USD 1000. Lee Jin-Ho said her friends were in shock on how she decided to fly down to the US and agree on such a marriage when she was out of work.
