Kim Kardashian Settles Lawsuit Over Vampire Facial

A few months ago, Kim Kardashian set internet abuzz when she posted her image of the now-infamous vampire facial which was provided by the Alabama doctor, Charles Runnels. Furthermore, a lawsuit was also filed.

And now, according to reports, the case has been closed as a settlement has been reached upon between both parties. According to documents obtained by E! News, Runels and Cellular Medicine Association will not use the reality star's name or photos and Kardashian reserves the right to sue if he breaks their agreement.

The doctor has taken to his website to post a blog about the lawsuit. He also tells E! News, "The name Vampire Facial, that is my intellectual property." Dr. Runels also says that he owns the name and Kim used it on the TV show without his permission.

He shares, "I feel like this is someone shaking down some little doctor for something that is public knowledge."
