Kettan Singh talks about his stint in Siddharth Kumar Tewary's 'Shankar Jai Kishan 3 In 1'

Kettan lost seven kgs for the triple role.

Actor, Kettan Singh is a born entertainer and he believes that what he most likes in his life is nautanki. Kettan has done shows like Dr. Madhumati On Duty, Facebook With Kavita, Madhubala and now he will be seen in Siddharth Kumar Tewary's (Swastik Productions) new show, Shankar Jai Kishan 3 In 1.

Kettan says,"It is indeed a challenge to play three characters in one show. Shankar, Jai and Kishan are triplets. This is probably the first time on Indian television that an actor is playing three roles. My look is completely different for all the three characters.

I had to lose seven kilos as I was looking fat on camera. In one and half month, I lost weight with the help of a balanced diet and religious workouts."

Kettan started his career as an RJ and has aced his skill in voice overs and dubbing. This talent helped him perform better in the show too.

"Because I have an experience in voice over and dubbing, I could change my voice according to the role," he averred.

Shedding some light over choosing this career, Kettan shared, "I still remember that when I went to my college canteen after giving my last paper in Engineering, the manager suggested me to leave studies and start acting as I was a part of varied cultural fests there.

I feel I am a born entertainer, I am a nautanki. I was offered to be a Radio Jockey and I took the opportunity and since then, there has been no looking back."
