After earning rave reviews for her performance in 'New York', Katrina is stepping it up.

Majorly shooting for Bollywood masala flicks, Katrina has never been able to showcase her acting abilities and now she pretty lass does not mind carving her opportunities herself.

Katrina is going to produce the French remake and hopes to play the lead role herself. The role allows her to spread her wings and play the role of a conniving young girl who has glorious grey shades to her, a character that Katrina has never had the chance to portray.

Despite the news, Katrina has decided to keep the name of the French movie under wraps as she does not want the elements in the industry to start making their own versions of the movie and also the deal for the rights of the movie has not been finalised yet.

Currently working her way through the deal to capture the rights of the movie, Katrina hopes that this movie will help her explore and portray her acting talents.
She also beleives that if possible, one should carve the opportunities for themselves.

Katrina is currently enjoying the success of her latest venture 'New York'.
