Katrina Kaif avoids media, sneaks out of an award ceremony!

Soon after it was announced that glamorous actress Katrina Kaif will be honored with Smita Patil Memorial Award for the Best Actor by Priyadarshini Academy (socio-cultural organisation in Mumbai), a series of trolls against the actress begun on social media.

Kat was felicitated with the award this Monday by Unioun Minister Nitin Gadkari. Actress Juhi Chawla was also honored with an award at the event. The company handling the award function had assured the media for a group interaction with Katrina post ceremony but failed to keep its words. Katrina's spokesperson denied it by saying, "Media interaction with the actress was never planned at the ceremony". (sic)

It seems that, after the poor performance of her last film 'Baar Baar Dekho', the actress is trying to keep away from the media.

Showing her respect towards Katrina's work, Juhi said, "As far as I remember, few years ago Katrina delivered 10 super hit films in a row. She truly deserves this award since she is a beautiful and committed actor". (sic)
