Kartik Aaryan Reveals His Own Spine-Chilling Encounters with the Supernatural

Kartik Aaryan, whose latest film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is currently in theatres, began his Bollywood journey while he was still a college student. Despite his debut movie, Pyaar Ka Punchnama, earning a spot in pop culture, Kartik’s journey wasn’t without challenges. Recently in a conversation at The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 3, Kaartik Aryan spills about his real-life experience with the supernatural during the shoot for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 upon Kapil’s inquiry.

Kartik Aryan shares, “This happened jab hum log (Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3) ke set par shoot kar rahe the. Ek badi haveli thi, andhera tha, pura atmosphere hi darawna sa tha. Hamara shot lene se pehle hi, main to kissi se baat hi kar raha tha, ki achanak se kisi ne mujhe peeche se scratch kar diya! Tripti ko to laga ki main koi improvise ya acting kar raha tha shot ke pehle, par tab maine bola ki, ‘Nahi yar mujhe sach main kuch scratch kiya hain. Par hamare peeche koi tha bhi nahi tha…”("This happened while we were shooting on the sets of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. There was this big mansion; it was dark, and the entire atmosphere felt eerie. Just before we were about to take our shot, I was talking to someone when suddenly I felt something scratch me from behind! Tripti thought I was improvising or getting into character before the shot, but then I told her, "No, something really scratched me." But there was no one behind us".)

Kartik Aaryan's movie is said to have a budget of Rs 150 crore, while Singham Again is reported to have been made with a budget of Rs 350 crore. Together, these films have set a new box office record by earning a combined total of Rs 79 crores in India on the first day.
