Kartik Aaryan drops first post after Dostana 2 controversy, Fans rejoice

Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan recently made headlines after being replaced from Dostana 2. The makers issued an official statement confirming the recasting of the film.

Dostana 2 was announced in 2019 with Kartik Aaryan, Janhvi Kapoor and debutant Lakshya as the leading cast.

While Kartik has maintained his silence over the controversy, he dropped his first post since the Dostana 2 row. The actor took to Instagram to share a monochromatic picture of himself wearing a mask.

Kartik’s fans are overjoyed on seeing the actor post on social media. “Finally you posted,” wrote an user while another commented: “Itne time baad post kiya yaar (you posted after so long) i was so tensed.” “@kartikaaryan we missed you so much”, read another comment under his post.

Speaking of the Dostana 2 controversy, a source close to Dharma Productions exclusively told us that Kartik Aaryan was replaced from the film on grounds of unprofessional behaviour.

Highly miffed with Kartik’s behaviour, Dharma Productions has also vowed to never work with the actor again in the future. Moreover, Karan Johar has also unfollowed Kartik Aaryan on Instagram.
