Kareena Kapoor and Kiara Advani to join forces for Excel Entertainment's ambitious project

Bollywood and its recent collaboration trend have been there since post-pandemic, which includes the formation of YRF Spy Universe, featuring Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, NTR Jr, and Kiara Advani, as well as the Cop Universe. Adding to this trend, a new project is now in the works, with three prominent female stars of the Hindi Film Industry - Alia Bhatt among them - coming together for the highly anticipated film Jee Le Zara.

According to a report from Pinkvilla, it has been revealed that Excel Entertainment is planning to produce another big-budget film, which the talented Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari will direct. The report states Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari has signed on with Excel Entertainment for this feature film. Over the past two years, she has been developing multiple subjects, two of which have already been finalised to be made with Excel Entertainment and Balaji Entertainment, respectively. For the Excel Entertainment project, Ashwiny has initiated discussions with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kiara Advani. Both actresses have shown interest in the subject.

The reports further stated that Bebo and Kiara are excited about the film, but they are yet to hear the final screenplay draft. Once they can go through the complete script, they will make a final decision. Nevertheless, the idea of collaborating on this particular project has enthused both actresses, as the writing appears to warrant their presence. 

Kareena Kapoor Khan is currently involved in various film ventures spanning different genres. These include "The Crew," Hansal Mehta's upcoming project, and a thriller with Sujoy Ghosh based on the book "Devotion of Suspect X." On the other hand, Kiara Advani has her film "Satya Prem Ki Katha" slated for release soon, followed by "Game Changer" alongside Ram Charan and "War 2" alongside Hrithik Roshan and NTR Jr.

As the post-pandemic era paves the way for exciting collaborations and diverse storytelling, the audience eagerly awaits the outcome of the potential Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kiara Advani starrer under the direction of Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari.
