Kareena - Aamir back again?!

Kareena Kapoor has really evolved as an actress and has proven the fact on numerous occasions in recent times with her brilliant performances in unique roles in blockbusters like Jab We Met, Omkara, Kurbaan, etc. And now she is all set to deliver yet another unconventional performance in her newest undertaking, Mani Ratnam's Laajoo.

Her co-star for the movie is none other than Mr. Perfectionist himself, Aamir Khan. After creating waves as a couple in 3 Idiots, the two are all set to repeat the chemistry in this passionate period film. The music for the movie is written by Gulzar and composed by the phenomenal A.R. Rahman.

The film is filmmaker Mani Ratnam's brainchild and was set aside earlier due to financial issues. And currently he is busy with promoting Raavan starring Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. However, he does plan to resume this project next while putting another with Ranbir Kapoor on hold transiently. This change in plans is due to the vast success of the Aamir-Kareena pairing recently.

Bebo is extremely excited for the role and maintains that she is enjoying doing challenging roles in this stage in her career. She is even taking advice and tips from sister Karishma to improve herself further, especially for the upcoming performances in Stepmom and Ra.1.
