Karan Patel Stresses to Shift Focus on Content in A Lengthy Insta-Post!

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein fame Karan Patel started his acting career with popular Ekta Kapoor show Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki and since then has had a vast career in television including shows like Kkavyanjali, Kasamh Se, Karam Apna Apna, Kasturi to his credit. He has also hosted a lot of reality shows including Nach Baliye and Gumrah. 

Well, Karan is known for his strong personality and macho looks. He is recognized to take a stand for what is right and he even raises his voice against certain political and social issues on social media.

Recently, he posted a long message on Instagram writing about the content being the king in all kinds of entertainment and how the quality of content and talent of the performer matters not the medium of his work. Karan took a stand for the TV fraternity and how TV actors are not given as much respect as the film stars. He pointed out several things about how TV artists are sidelined by film fraternity and their talent is unacknowledged.

We believe such a meaningful post was the need of the hour and he wrote it in context of the Hina Khan-Jitesh Pillai controversy where the latter trolled Hina’s Cannes red carpet presence by posting a meme with a caption: ‘Cannes has suddenly become Chandivali studios kya?’ 

After such a distasteful comment from such a senior editor of a reputed film magazine, the whole industry came out in support of Hina. though later Jitesh apologized for his remarks and Hina too acknowledged his apology, the incident left the whole TV industry angered however.
