Karan Kundra reveals the mantra to a successful relationship!

TV actor Karan Kundra, who is in a relationship with VJ-actress Anusha Dandekar, says the key to a successful relationship is proper communication between the two partners.

What is important to have a perfect relationship?

Karan told IANS over phone from Mumbai: "Communication. It is very important to be able to communicate properly... and most of the distance that is created between two individuals in a relationship is because of lack of communication."

Karan, who is fondly remembered as Arjun Punj from the 2009 TV show "Kitani Mohabbat Hai", will be seen hosting the second season of "MTV Love School".

How is it to work with a closed one on screen?

"Anusha and I are different people... where we come from, how we were brought up. At the end of the day, if your principles are on the same path then obviously there wouldn't be any problem as such," he said.

"But it's a lot of fun. There are fights and arguments like normal hosts have, but in the end, we hug it out," added the actor, who was previously seen as a gang leader for the youth-based reality shows, including MTV's "Roadies X2" and "Roadies X4".
