Filmmaker Karan Johar has been active on the small screen this year, and says he enjoyed playing judge on two reality shows - "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5 - Dancing with the stars" and "India's Got Talent 4".

"It is great that in this avatar, I got to show my talent as a judge. So this year, there was a lot of judging and I had a lot of fun. I think lots of credit goes to the team and to the fellow judges," the 40-year-old said here Wednesday at a press meet of "India's Got Talent 4".

The show's grand finale will be telecast Nov 24 with superstar Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif as special guests.

Karan says both the shows have been special.

"There have been two reality shows for me this year, 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa' and 'India's Got Talent'. Both were fun in their own special way," he said.

Besides Karan, actress Malaika Arora Khan, Kirron Kher and choreographer-director Farah Khan were the other judges on "India's Got Talent 4".
