Kanika Kapoor has been making headlines for the last few days for creating a ruckus despite being tested positive for Coronavirus, the pandemic that has hit the whole world. A few days back, the Baby Doll singer returned from her London trip and was tested positive for Coronavirus. But, instead of staying in quarantine, to everyone’s shock, she attended a few parties and social gatherings in a row, where she came in contact with hundreds of people.

Reportedly, on her return journey when she landed in India, she did not co-operate with airport authorities who were checking the foreign return passengers for COVID 19. She further even tried to hide her travel history to avoid being quarantined. Later, she hosted a party where BJP MP Dushyant Singh, former Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje Scindia and other ministers were the attendees.

On Friday, when the local authorities learnt that she is a positive Corona patient, she was immediately admitted to King George's Medical University (KGMU) Hospital in Lucknow where she was kept in isolation. Not only his, she was also booked under Sections 188, 269, and 270 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Sarojini Nagar Police station, in the city.

Now, after giving her intense care and proper medication, a second test for COVID 19 was conducted on her and yet again Kanika Kapoor has tested positive for Coronavirus. Her second test for Coronavirus took place at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences.

When in quarantine, Kanika had been throwing all the starry tantrums that she possibly could but Director of the Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS), Dr RK Dhiman rubbished all the reports of Kanika’s room being dusty and had mosquitoes.

Dr. Dhiman told Mirror, “The hospital staff at her disposal is for a four-hour shift during which they cannot eat or drink because they wear anti-infection equipment. Every four hours one team is “donned off” their gear and another shift takes over. The room is cleaned every four hours. Kanika Kapoor’s claims are all baseless. Kanika Kapoor has been provided with the best that is possible in a hospital. She must co-operate as a patient and not throw tantrums of a star in Lucknow."
