Kangana Ranaut, known for her outspoken views, recently criticized singer Shubh for what she claims is the glorification of Indira Gandhi's killers. Kangana expressed her disapproval on Tuesday after seeing a post alleging that Shubh had worn a hoodie featuring a picture and date of Indira Gandhi's assassination on a map of Punjab in London.

The Manikarnika actress labelled this act as "shameful cowardice."

In her response, Kangana wrote, "Celebrating the cowardly killing of an old woman by those who she appointed as her saviors. When you are trusted to protect but you take advantage of the trust and faith and use the same weapons to kill the ones you were supposed to protect, then it's a shameful act of cowardice, not of bravery."

She continued, "One must be ashamed of such a cowardly attack on an elderly lady who was disarmed and unaware, a lady who was the chosen leader of a democracy. There is nothing to glorify here, Shubham ji. Shame!!!"

Interestingly, Kangana is currently working on her upcoming movie "Emergency," in which she will portray the role of Indira Gandhi. Not only is she the lead actress, but she is also directing the film.

On the other hand, Shubh has often made headlines in India for his controversial actions. Earlier this year, he was set to perform in Mumbai as part of the Cruise Control 4.0 event aboard the Cordelia Cruise. He had a three-month-long tour planned in India, with performances in cities like New Delhi, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. However, his tour was cancelled due to his alleged support for separatist Khalistani elements.
