Our source informs us, "Kabhi Aise Geet Gaya Karo will see its end on May 23 this year. It is a series of 26 episodes but the makers will pull the plug on the show even before they complete the series."
When contacted, Ashu Sharma who essays the character of Bobby on the show said, "It was a superb journey. Everyone on the set be it the actors or others, all of them have become like a family to me. Moreover, sharing screen space with veteran actors like Renuka Shahane, Sudhir Pandey and Mahesh Thakur is altogether a different experience. All in all, I had a wonderful experience working for the show."
When asked Mahesh Thakur, he answered, "It was really a very nice experience. All of us connected and bonded really well on the set. If got an opportunity, I would really want to work with the team again. The friendly atmosphere, the camaraderie between the actors, directors and everyone on the set was very nice."
When contacted, seasoned actress Renuka Shahane avers, "I have heard so that the show is going off air before the completion of 26 episodes. But yes, I loved shooting with the entire team. I have worked with wonderful actors like Sudhir ji, Maninee De Mishra, Mahesh Thakur earlier as well. It was fantastic working with the kids on the show. I will miss all of this because everyone have just become like a family to me. Our director was so good. I will miss the entire team as well our Rampyaari, our car in the show (laughs). My kids were disappointed to know that the show is going off air."
She further adds, "I would take up something that is seasonal wherein I can manage both, my work as well as my kids. It is very difficult for me to give 20-25 days a month. If something of that sort comes my way, I will surely do it."
The show has already wrapped up shooting.
TellyBuzz wishes the entire team of Kabhi Aise Geet Gaya Karo all the luck for their future endeavors.
