Juhi Aslam has no issue with a big fat leap!
The actress has taken the leap sportingly and has accepted to play a character which is much older than her real self...

Tellywood is leaping! We mean that every second show on television is taking their story a few years forward and the latest to join the club is Imagine Baba Aiso Varr Dhundo which is now handled by Saurabh Tewary.
Now with the decision of leap comes the tantrum that actors throw in order to avoid "looking old" which may prove to be a curse on their careers. But there is a great exception in the case of Juhi Aslam aka Bharti of show, who has no qualms in playing a mother of two grown up children.
Yes, the girl has abided by the script and has given her nod to the development. She says, "We actors act for our audience and if one particular show takes a leap, it is the character that acts old and not the actor. Even if I play an old mother, it is my character that is old and not I and I think our audience understands enough to accept the fact."
So didn't she ever have a second thought about her move? "I don't think there is any objection from my side to play a much older role on the show as it is just a drama that is shown on television and nothing real is associated with it."
Kudos to Juhi for her sporting attitude!

Bravo juhi!! completely agree with sshryaa84!! juhi is a great actor and for any great actor aging on screen shouldn't be an issue. it reflects the maturity and depth of the individual as an actor! everyone works for money, but many actors have their insecurities, and taking that decision is difficult for them. my greatest appreciation for juhi who took this decision, and once again showed her courage to take up the challenge. i am looking forward to watching her perform in the next phase of her life, as a mother of two grown up kids!!
