John Abraham's love for food is as legendary as his fitness. Back in 2022, while promoting his film Attack: Part 1 on The Kapil Sharma Show, he revealed a hilarious story about his youthful appetite. After a football game, he decided to hit up a Gujarati thali restaurant known for its unlimited servings. Determined to get his money's worth, and with the chapatis being on the smaller side, John found himself unintentionally consuming a whopping 64 of them!

The waiter, witnessing John's impressive feat, suggested he try some rice as well. However, John, not yet satiated, requested more chapatis. After conquering his chapatis, he finally moved on to the rice, happily concluding his massive meal.

In a February 2025 interview with The Hollywood Reporter, John Abraham revealed his philosophy on fitness. He explained that his motivation for staying fit comes from a deep commitment to self-care, which he considers his only religion.
