Jhanak: Srishti claims recording is tampered, accuses Jhanak and Brij Bhushan of manipulating Vinayak

Tonight's Jhanak episode opens with Kul Bhushan entering the courtroom. Upon seeing him, Kavita identifies him as her husband. However, Shubhankar corrects her, clarifying that the man is Kul Bhushan, not Brij Bhushan, and notes the difference in their hairstyles. The judge then questions Kavita, asking if she was unaware that Brij Bhushan had a twin brother named Kul Bhushan. Kavita admits that Brij Bhushan never mentioned anything about his family.

Jhanak's lawyer, Mr. Roy, interrogates Kavita, asking what reason she gave at her shelter home for stepping out. Kavita responds that she cited personal reasons. Mr Roy accuses her of lying, which Kavita denies. He then questions why Kavita didn't approach Brij Bhushan's friends for help when Urvashi took her daughter. Kavita explains that she was overwhelmed and unable to fight back.

The judge calls for the next witness. Meanwhile, Shubhankar suggests to Kavita that she could sit with Jhanak if she agrees. Jhanak, however, refuses, stating that she won't associate with a stranger and insists on making her own decisions about her life.

Elsewhere, Tanuja reassures Arshi not to worry, expressing confidence that Srishti will win the case. Arshi then approaches Aniruddha and warns him about Jhanak, claiming that Srishti is innocent. She also states that Jhanak is unaware of her own parentage and cautions him against getting involved. Arshi predicts that Jhanak will abandon him again, as she has in the past. Despite her warnings, Aniruddha defends Jhanak, asks Arshi to refrain from speaking against her, and expresses his determination to handle any challenges.

Back in court, Mr Roy summons Brij Bhushan as a witness. Shubhankar informs the court that Brij Bhushan is absent, but Kul Bhushan claims to be him. Mr. Roy points out that Brij Bhushan has altered his hairstyle to match Kul Bhushan's and asserts that the real Kul Bhushan has yet to arrive. Srishti is stunned by this revelation. Vinayak remarks that it's surprising Srishti didn't recognise Brij Bhushan and suggests they wait to hear what he has to say about Kavita. Srishti insists her innocence has already been established.

When questioned about Kavita, Brij Bhushan says her face looks familiar but denies knowing her. Shubhankar accuses him of lying, but Mr Roy silences Shubhankar, insisting he not interfere. Kul Bhushan then enters the courtroom, and Mr Roy questions Brij Bhushan about his change in hairstyle. Brij Bhushan explains that he made the change to gather evidence and hands over a recording to Mr Roy. Srishti becomes nervous as the recording is played, but she denies that the voice in it is hers. Mr Roy informs her that the recording's authenticity will be verified.

After the court session ends, Arshi confronts Srishti, questioning the situation. Srishti defends herself, asserting that the recording has been tampered with and accusing Jhanak and Brij Bhushan of manipulating Vinayak. However, Vinayak, believing the recording to be genuine, accuses Srishti of using him and caring only for herself. In frustration, Srishti inadvertently admits that Vinayak orchestrated the recording by replacing Kul Bhushan with Brij Bhushan. Realising her slip-up, Srishti tries to backtrack, but Vinayak asserts that the recording proves her guilt.

Kul Bhushan then asks Brij Bhushan how he plans to substantiate his claims of an attempted murder. Brij Bhushan replies that his lawyer will handle that. Kul Bhushan advises Brij Bhushan to focus on Jhanak's marriage and announces his intention to leave the city for Mumbai. Jhanak firmly tells Kul Bhushan not to interfere in her marriage, asserting that he has no authority over her decisions.

When Aniruddha intervenes, he asks Kul Bhushan to avoid causing a scene. Brij Bhushan remarks that only time will reveal whether Kul Bhushan ends up in jail. Kul Bhushan exits, and Aniruddha takes responsibility for escorting Jhanak and Brij Bhushan home. The episode concludes with Jhanak declaring her independence, stating that she won't tolerate any insults.
