Jhanak: Jhanak pleads with Aniruddha to not return for the sake of her peace

Tonight's Jhanak episode begins with Mehek reprimanding Sejal for speaking negatively about Jhanak. Ketki supports Sejal's point, stating that things have changed since Jhanak's arrival. While she clarifies she isn't accusing Jhanak of being involved in anything criminal, she asserts that Jhanak hasn't brought the expected fortune to their home. Ketki hints that anything could happen, but Aniruddha counters her, expressing confidence that Jhanak will make her proud someday. Sejal challenges Aniruddha's certainty, to which he replies that although he can't predict the future, he knows Vihaan has chosen the ideal wife. Prachi offers Aniruddha some homemade kheer for Arshi, which he hesitates to accept. However, Jhanak insists that Arshi needs to eat nutritious food, especially since she is pregnant. Ketki then tells Aniruddha to share the kheer with his family. Aniruddha thanks Jhanak for her thoughtful gesture, but she humbly responds that caring for Arshi wasn't a big deal.

Meanwhile, Shubhankar scolds Bipasha and Laal for their lack of support. Arundhati shifts the focus to Mimi's marriage, insisting that Laal contribute financially. Laal explains he isn't in a position to provide money right now, but Anjana questions him, pointing out that he has been earning well. She accuses him of neglecting his parents financially. Bipasha intervenes, stating that Aniruddha is Mimi's real brother, so the responsibility falls on him. Arshi joins the discussion, assuring Bipasha that Aniruddha will handle the expenses for Mimi's wedding. She even offers to contribute her savings. Bablu steps in, declaring that Mimi is his daughter and he will bear the responsibility for her marriage. He assures everyone that he has enough savings. Shubhankar firmly states that Mimi's wedding is his responsibility and walks away.

Vihaan suggests that Aniruddha visit with his family after Arshi gives birth. Aniruddha agrees to try, and Jhanak urges him to bring Arshi along. Aniruddha promises to do so. Ketki reminds him about Ahaan's upcoming first birthday celebration and mentions Priyanshi's wedding afterward. However, Jhanak points out that Priyanshi's marriage isn't confirmed yet. Ketki declares that she has already chosen a groom for Priyanshi and will finalise the match.

When Jhanak defends Priyanshi's desire to study, Ketki dismisses her argument, saying the marriage is final and scolding her for interfering. Mehek supports Jhanak's stance, but Ketki rebukes her as well. Praveen Kumar suggests that prioritising education is not wrong, but Ketki insists on making decisions for her family. Sejal recalls getting married at Priyanshi's age, and Vihaan tries to diffuse the tension by suggesting they discuss the matter later. Aniruddha argues that times have changed, and girls should be independent before marriage. Ketki retorts that independence can come after marriage. She then asks Jhanak to give Aniruddha some laddus and kheer to take with him.

Elsewhere, Bipasha questions whether Arshi has spoken to Aniruddha. Laal raises doubts about whether Aniruddha is truly in Gujarat. Bipasha tells Arshi that Gujarat and Mumbai aren't far apart and hints that Aniruddha may have visited Jhanak.

Jhanak visits Aniruddha's room to give him the homemade laddus. When he questions her actions, she asks if coming to him was wrong. Aniruddha responds that he doesn't want her marriage to suffer because of him, reminding her that she married a stranger.

In another scene, Anjana confronts Choton about canceling the wedding, while Arundhati assures him that Meenu is different from her father. Choton justifies his decision, saying Meenu should have resolved issues with her father herself. He fears Meenu might adopt her father's mindset later. Anjana warns him that Meenu won't forgive him, but Choton insists his decision is right. Bipasha supports Choton, asserting that he and Meenu would not have been happy together. Arundhati scolds Bipasha for meddling in the matter, but Bipasha firmly believes the wedding should not take place.

Meanwhile, Jhanak pleads with Aniruddha to keep her secret from Vihaan. Aniruddha admits he told Vihaan he knows her but assured her he didn't reveal anything more. Jhanak requests him to let her live peacefully for a while and begs him not to return.
