Jhanak: Jhanak opts to give up on her dream

Tonight's Jhanak episode begins with Aditya discussing a movie role with Jhanak, proposing it as a career opportunity for her. Jhanak is unsure about accepting Aditya's offer.

Meanwhile, Lalon returns to the Bose household with Appu, prompting the family to question him about their journey. The family remains sceptical despite Lalon's explanations. Lal challenges Lalon's account, accusing him of not caring for Appu. Lalon retorts, questioning why Lal did not ensure her safety. Lal insists Appu joined their religious procession willingly, and they could not return that night, so they stayed in Tarakeswar.

Appu defends Lalon:

Despite Lalon's efforts to defend himself, the family's hostility persists. Appu defends Lalon, saying he treated her well. Shubho offers Lalon money, which he declines, stating he does not want financial assistance from their wealthy family. Vipasha questions how Appu spent the night with a stranger, but Appu clarifies she was with other girls. At the dance competition, Jhanak faces criticism for attending after her loss. She endures insults but is eventually called inside.

The competition resumes with the anchor introducing the judges and contestants. Subha threatens Lalon with jail time, but Lalon dismisses the threat, saying jail would be a relief compared to his past life. Bipasha remains suspicious of Lalon, and the family questions him. Appu recounts how Lalon helped them, and Anirudhha emphasises the importance of being grateful for Lalon's assistance. As Lalon prepares to leave, Appu invites him back for another visit, and her parents thank him. Although her father offers to pay for Lalon's taxi fare, Lalon declines, preferring to be invited for a meal instead.

Guruji encourages Jhanak:

Jhanak faces resistance from the guards trying to enter and speak with her Guruji. Guruji points out that she is now on her own and must make her own decisions. Feeling increasingly uncertain and losing confidence, Jhanak is disheartened. She thinks of quitting her dream and decides to flee the venue.

As other competitors perform excellently on stage, Guruji eventually finds Jhanak, who is about to exit the place. Encouraging her to fight for her place, he urges her to follow him inside the auditorium.
