Tonight's Jhanak episode begins with Arundhati expressing that Amitabh always doubted the source of Shubhankar's funds for building a house, especially since he wasn't a successful lawyer. She admits that, despite her initial distrust of Amitabh, she now feels his suspicions were valid. Arundhati also highlights the hefty fees of Prasad, raising further concerns. Tanuja wonders how individuals living in poverty managed to gather such a large sum of money. Meanwhile, Aniruddha urges Shubhankar to return the money Lalon's father earned, suggesting it belongs to Lalon.
However, Arshi questions Aniruddha's involvement, pointing out that the matter is between Shubhankar and Lalon. Aniruddha retorts that he cannot distance himself because he is Shubhankar's son and carries his legacy.
Rumi, distressed, asks Shubhankar if they truly need to vacate the house. Arundhati suggests that if it comes to that, they could manage in the small backyard house. However, Tanuja objects, questioning how the family could adjust to living in a single room. Arundhati then requests Bablu to intervene with Lalon, but Bablu firmly refuses. Shubhankar accuses Bablu of siding with Lalon because of financial benefits, which enrages Bablu. Bablu retaliates, threatening to slap Shubhankar. Laal then tries to pacify Bablu, urging him to stop Lalon.
Shubhankar argues that he endured harassment in the basti and claims the locals should be grateful he didn't involve the police. Choton arrives with the news that a court order has been issued.
Elsewhere, goons capture Jhanak and take her to Kul Bhushan. Shocked to see him, Jhanak demands her release, accusing him of orchestrating the situation. She also confronts Mittal for his betrayal. Kul Bhushan brushes aside her accusations and reassures her that killing her would only create more problems for him. Instead, he hands her property papers to sign, stating these documents concern the property that his father left to him and Brij Bhushan.
Jhanak refuses to sign, insisting she has no interest in the property and only wants to leave. Kul Bhushan tells her that she will be freed once she complies. Jhanak questions the contents of the documents, but Kul Bhushan dismisses her inquiries and warns her to reconsider. He leaves, expecting her to agree by his return.
Meanwhile, the police commissioner arrives at the Bose house with a court order, declaring that the family must vacate the premises. Lalon points out that the Bose family has another house to relocate to, unlike his own family, which was forced to live in the basti.
Back at Kul Bhushan's hideout, Mittal explains that Jhanak's signature is essential for transferring Brij Bhushan's property to Kul Bhushan. Jhanak confronts Kul Bhushan about his greed, vowing not to give him anything. She threatens to destroy the papers but stands firm in her refusal to sign. Kul Bhushan warns her to be ready by the time he returns, leaving her under the watch of his men.
