Jhanak: Arshi learns of Jhanak's marital status, Shrishti asks her to step out of the marriage

The episode begins with Anirudh expressing his concern to Jhanak about her current state. He conveys his willingness to trust her, acknowledging that she likely didn't consume alcohol intentionally. Jhanak, feeling remorseful, apologizes for her actions and suggests returning to Srinagar. Anirudh, however, rejects the idea due to her health condition. Jhanak then proposes going to Arshi's place, but Anirudh points out her high fever and insists on consulting a doctor. Despite Jhanak's resistance, Anirudh emphasizes her need for medical attention.

Meanwhile, Appu informs Arshi about Jhanak's fever, and Arshi decides to check on her. Arshi scolds Anirudh for his earlier behavior, and Jhanak defends herself, stating that she didn't deserve the cake and flowers, so she gave them to Arshi. Jhanak reveals a shocking secret about her past marriage. As the drama unfolds, Arshi decides to investigate the matter before proceeding with any wedding plans.
