Jaya Saha isn’t cooperating with NCB? Talent Manager fails to give proper answers and stays mum: Reports

Sushant Singh Rajput and Rhea Chakraborty’s talent manager Jaya Saha is currently being interrogated by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). She has reportedly proven to be the crucial link in Bollywood’s drug nexus and the agency is questioning her for the third consecutive day. 

Now, the latest Republic reports suggest that she is being interrogated with electronic evidence which included her messages and calls data records. The agency sources informed Republic that she has failed to give proper answers during the questioning and mostly kept mum.  

The report quoted an NCB source saying, “the anti-drug agency has corroborated electronic evidence before her - a kind of exercise the NCB does before furnishing details to the court.”

Earlier today, Times Now reported that Jaya has admitted supplying contraband substances. She also revealed that she procured CBD oil for actress Shraddha Kapoor. The agency officers quizzed Saha about her chat with the actor with the initial ‘N’ from her chats accessed by the NCB. However, she has reportedly feigned ignorance about it.

The Republic report also mentioned that she has, until now, denied any contact with a drug peddler who would supply the banned drugs to her. Saha reportedly confessed that the CBD oil was ordered online. 

Meanwhile, Deepika’s name has also cropped up in the drug angle and Jaya is likely to be arrested by the NCB on grounds of the incriminating evidence of procurement and supply of drugs, which is illegal as per the NDPS Act.
