After shows like Sasural Simar Ka, Saath Nibhana Saathiya and Bade Ache Lagte Hai 2, popular show Sasural Genda Phool is set to make a grand comeback with the second installment of the show. The first season of the show was bankrolled by Ravi Ojha Productions and has actors like Sudhir Pandey, Anita Kanwal, Sulbha Arya, Ragini Khanna, Jay Soni, Riddhima Tiwari, Shruti Ulfat, Supriya Pilgaonkar among others as the primary cast. The show was loved by the viewers. 

The show gave immense popularity to Ragini Khanna and Jay Soni. They were loved as a couple. Also, the entire family of the show received adulation from the viewers.

The news about producer Ravi Ojha bringing the second season of ‘Sasural Genda Phool’ has been doing the rounds since a long time now. As per the latest development, the makers are now actively prepping up for the show. Our highly placed source has informed us that actor Jay Soni who played the lead character named Ishaan in the first season has a brighter chance of getting retained for the second installment of the show. A source said, “The show is still in a pre-production stage and details of the same has been kept under wraps. However, the makers are keen on having Jay Soni on board as the lead face of the show. The discussions are still on and official confirmation is awaited”.
