Janhvi Kapoor’s RoohiAfza look leaked online!

Janhvi Kapoor made her Bollywood debut last year with Dhadak, opposite Ishaan Khatter. Currently, the actress is shooting for her upcoming film RoohiAfza which also stars - Rajkummar Rao and Varun Sharma.

As per various media reports, RoohiAfza was earlier named as Rooh-Afza and Janhvi will be seen performing as a ghost haunting grooms on their first night of the marriage. Based in Uttar Pradesh, the movie will involve fairies and spirits apart from ghosts too. 

Recently, her appearance from the movie was leaked online. In the picture below, Janhvi can be seen wearing a peach colored kurta along with a green colored dupatta and salwar. The actress can also be seen carrying a brown colored bag on her shoulder along with tied hair and minimal makeup. The Dhadak actress has completely de-glamed herself for the role.

In one of the leaked videos, the actress was reportedly seen shooting a kidnapping scene during which Rajkummar Rao’s character comes and saves her.

While introducing the cast of the film, producer Dinesh Vijan had stated that the film’s script is young and totally crazy which is why they needed actors who could quickly gel into their roles confidently. Janhvi Kapoor stood out for being a fresh, new talent. The makers of the upcoming horror-comedy also felt that Janhvi Kapoor would be a good fit to play a double role character that was needed in the film.

Produced by Dinesh Vijan and Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, RoohiAfza is being directed by debutante Hardik Mehta. The film is slated to release on March 20, 2020.

On other hand, Janhvi Kapoor will also be seen in Gunjan Saxena's biopic, and Karan Johar’s Takht. She will be appearing alongside Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Anil Kapoor.
