Janhvi Kapoor raises the oomph in black, Deepika Padukone reacts

Janhvi Kapoor, who has been active on social media, has mastered the art of causing a stir on the internet every time she posts a photo of herself. Everything about Janhvi's social media activities tends to make the headlines, right from enjoying a movie night with her pet pooch to having a gala time during vacations, updates about her upcoming movies, and more.

Continuing on her current path, Janhvi made headlines once more when she shared a stunning mirror selfie in which she displayed her impeccable fashion sense. 

The Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl actress wore a black off-shoulder dress in the photo. Janhvi posed in front of the mirror with her tresses open and her make-up game looked on point. She was posing in her closet, and the photo revealed a portion of her closet, which included multiple pairs of shoes on one side and dresses on the other. That's not all. Janhvi stowed her blazers and handbags in a corner as well. "Ella Fitzgerald on loop kind of day," the actress captioned the photo. 

While the photo quickly went viral, it was Deepika Padukone's comment that drew the most attention. In a witty retort to Janhvi's caption, the Bajirao Mastani actress wondered why she wasn't listening to Gehraiyaan's recently released title track. "@deepikapadukone is currently cheating on Ella with Gheraiyaan," the actress responded. 

On the professional front, Janhvi has completed the filming of Good Luck Jerry. 

I can’t believe it’s a film wrap. So many things have happened, changed, evolved, been learnt and unlearnt during the course of and because of this shoot. But through all of it, I used to be so excited to come to set and see all these faces and trouble them and laugh with them and work tirelessly and unitedly to create something that was exciting for all of us.
