Janhvi Called Out for Copying a Designer; Chats Revealed Online

Janhvi Kapoor has yet again landed herself in a soup. The actress has been called out by a popular fashion critic, Diet Sabya for copying a reputed international designer's design and wearing it without giving them credits.

The Kapoor girl recently graced the Vogue The Power List red carpet wear House Of Exc. and made a powerful style statement at the red carpet leaving everyone stunned with her outfit. Janhvi wore a white feather dress and without any doubt she was killing it all through out.

But, little did she know, the outfit that she was slaying would land her in trouble. Soon after her pictures from the event were released, Diet Sabya called her out accusing her for copying designer Mihano Momosa's original design.

Sharing details of the copied work from the original designer, Diet Sabya took to it's Instagram handle and shared the collage of Janhvi Kapoor in the outfit along with the model wearing the original design by the designer called Mihano Momosa.

To prove the same, Diet Sabya even posted the screengrab of its chat with the OG designer Momosa, who confirmed it to them that, “This is actually a copy of our design.”

Well, this is not the first time the actress has been called for wearing a copied edition. She was made her debut on Diet Sabya’s Insta page was featured on Cosmopolitan India’s 2019 cover page and was seen posing in a shimmery number by Mumbai-based designer label, Purple Paisley which was a rip off Balmain’s fall 2018 collection.
