With an intriguing promo that looks like a show that will talk about mental health, Aggar Tum Na Hote has been starting conversations. Himanshu Soni, who plays the protagonist talks about overcoming his demons. While the industry is still reeling with the loss of a young, talented & loved by millions, actor Sidharth Shukla, Himanshu finds it difficult to believe & describes processing the news as feeling shaken.

Playing a character with mental issues, Himanshu finds it challenging to cope up & focus on the current scheme of things. However, Himanshu shares the learnings that help him sail through.

'I was raised in a small town. I lied back at home when I came to Mumbai. I'd said I'd be back in a week. My struggle began just like anyone else. I got a break. I didn't have a house in Mumbai. But I also had to travel to Umargaon for my shoot & come back to the city. I thought where would I stay when I got back. So I let the opportunity pass. I was naive then but over time you understand. If today, a similar opportunity had to come my way, if I had to relocate for a few days, I would take it. I would think about today & not worry about what would I do two days later. Because when you take it one day at a time, life takes shape.'

''Life is the biggest teacher & since the time I've learned to live in the present, I'm happier. I feel I'm in control of my life, me feelings. I've been making some really good decisions. Just like this one, to do a character I've never done before. I have done quite a few mythological shows, that has helped me find a foothold in this maximum city, but Aggar Tum Na Hote is a show out of my comfort zone. But I'm not worrying about the future, how the audience would accept me, I'm working on my present. This has helped me in my inter-personal relationships as well,'' he adds.

''A lot of us are disturbed. A lot of us resort to different ways to heal. We were all made to witness the fragility of this life of ours. One moment you're breathing & alive & the next you're cold. Without being cynical, it is important to embrace & be grateful for our present & it is a cliche but it stands true, live every day to the fullest,'' Himanshu talks with optimism.
