‘It’s Armaan & Abhira against the WORLD’: Samridhii Shukla expresses JOY on the much awaited Abhimaan reunion

Samridhii Shukla, who has been leading Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, recently got in an exclusive chat with India Forums and spoke about the much anticipated Abhira and Armaan reunion.

Expressing happiness about the same, Samridhii calls this reunion as ‘Armaan and Abhira against the calamity.’ “There is a lot of love coming our way and I think it was much awaited because people did not want to see Abhimaan separated. So I think it is finally Armaan and Abhira against the calamity, against the problems, against the hardships of life. So we are atleast not pitted against each other but in the same team, so it is nice to do these kind of scenes,” Samridhii says.

For the uninformed, the current track of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai revolves around Armaan and Abhira finally reuniting and bringing Shivani back to the Poddar house. However, this backfires, as Dadi sa asks Armaan to choose between Kaveri and Shivani. Which is when he also learns about Vidya’s truth and decides to leave the Poddar house. As he leaves the Poddar house, he also drops off the Poddar surname and the Poddar legacy, thus starting his life from scratch.

In the new promo of the show recently shared by the channel, Armaan and Abhira have now moved into a chawl and have decided to start their life from scratch.
