Ishaan Khatter and Dad Rajesh Khattar’s Instagram Banter is Too Cute To Miss

In a recent Instagram banter, television actor Rajesh Khattar left a lovely comment on his son Ishaan Khatter’s post. Recently, the Dhadak actor posted a few selfies on the photo-sharing app. “Took a selfie.. or two.. nO raGRetS” he wrote alongside his post. Along with his fans, his post caught his father’s attention as well and Rajesh commented: “If that is the result, take them more often.”

For the unaware, Rajesh was first married to Shahid Kapoor and Ishaan’s mother Neelima Azeem from 1990 to 2001 and later tied the knot with Vandana in 2008.

Shahid Kapoor’s stepfather and Ishaan father, Rajesh turned father to a baby boy in August last year. However, he shared the first pictures of his baby Vanraj on social media only recently. He shared the photos of his baby boy Vanraj with wife Vandana on the occasion of their marriage anniversary.

Sharing three beautiful pictures, Rajesh wrote on social media:

“Hello Everyone (my first hello to all you wonderful people)Dad says world is going through trying times but this too shall pass & for us children,you all are going to make this world more beautiful than it ever was. We kids believe & thank all of you for this promise #stayhome #staysafe & keep us safe #vanrajkhattar ( #happyanniversary #momdad ,though ur 12th but its a special one as your first with me.”

Earlier last year, talking to The Times of India about becoming a father, the actor had said, “For me, becoming a father at 50-plus was another challenge, but then, I am neither the first one, nor the last in this category.”

Rajesh’s wife Vandana has had three miscarriages, three IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) failures, three IVF (In Vitro Fertilisation) failures and three surrogacy failures — over the last 11 years, and finally welcomed Vanraj into their lives. 

“After a lot of hardships, we have reached here. I can’t express my joy. I want to tell my story because it will inspire couples to keep the faith and not give up hope, whatever their age is” Vandana had said.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ishaan will be next seen alongside Ananya Panday in Khaali Peeli.
