Iqbal Khan, the protagonist of Zee TV's Sanjog Se Bani Sangini has yet again taken ill and has not been showing up on the set of his show for nearly a week now!!. The talented actor was also missing in the grand gala celebration of Laxmi's wedding in Sanskaar Laxmi..

We hear that the lead pair of Pavitra Rishta, Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita Lokhande was to perform along with the lead pair of Sangini, Iqbal Khan and Binny Sharma at the wedding shoot. However, Binny was spotted alone in the festivity..

Our source states, "Since the performance needed yet another pair, Nandish Sandhu and Rashmi Desai of COLORS' Uttaran were called in at the last moment. Iqbal Khan has not been keeping well for the past one week".

We sent a text message to Iqbal Khan who replied to us via text, "Yes, I am down with a viral fever. I have not shot for almost a week now, and plan to resume shoot from tomorrow. Luckily, we had a bank of episodes, and I was not seen in this Thursday's episode. But I guess viewers can see me in action from Monday onwards".
