This Sunday, 23rd October, it’s going to be all about fun, masti, dance and laughter on Sony Entertainment Television’s adored comedy show, The Kapil Sharma Show as it kickstarts the Diwali festivities with much galore. Gracing this special episode will be Bollywood's 'Singham' aka Ajay Devgn along with his ‘Thank God’ co-stars Sidharth Malhotra, Rakul Preet Singh and director Indra Kumar. Along with some uproarious gags with host, Kapil Sharma, the in-house artists Kiku Sharda, Siddharth Sagar, Gaurav Dubey, Ketan and Viklap will be setting the scene for paisa vasool entertainment with their amusing antics.
Getting candid with host Kapil Sharma, director Indra Kumar will go on to share how he and Ajay Devgn share a strong bond and respect each other for their respective work. He will also let the cat out of the bag on how he convinces the actor to come on board for his films. Indra Kumar shares, “Whenever I go to him with a script he just looks at me and says ‘Yes’ to do the film. He doesn’t even read the script.”
On hearing this Kapil adds on saying, “It’s the trust since you have made so many memorable films”. Kapil would also compliment Ajay Devgn for winning a National Award for Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior.
Adding on to this when Kapil asks the director the secret to his glowing face, Rakul Preet Singh says, “He is the youngest director I have worked with. We shot in and out during COVID but he didn’t have any fear and the energy that he used to have was commendable. He used to be always ready to shoot with all his energy.”
