Indonesian Restaurant names dish after Ravi Bhatia!

Ravi Bhatia, who was last seen as Salim in Balaji Telefilms popular show 'Jodha Akbar' is currently in Indonesia.

Ravi is soon to begin shooting for an Indonesian crime based series, where he will be playing the role of a secret agent on the show. Well, the actor has another reason to cherish as we hear that his popularity has not only lead to a huge fan following that he currently enjoys but also that a restaurant is planning to launch a new dish dedicated to his on-screen name.

We spoke to Ravi who told us, "I was quite surprised when I came to know that a restaurant is planning to launch a new dish on my on-screen name. I even went to launch the dish. However, I couldn't taste it as its mackerel fish dumplings and I am a pure vegetarian."

Ravi also did a telly series 'Cinta di Langit Taj Mahal' (Love In The Air Of Taj Mahal) for an Indonesian channel, which went off-air a couple of days ago. Mahabharat fame Shaheer Sheikh & Ravi played the role of his brothers in the series.
