Indian Idol Juniors is the best thing that has happened to me

The talented and gorgeous Mandira Bedi who has entertained the audience with her acting and hosting skills will be seen hosting the upcoming singing reality show Indian Idol Juniors on Sony TV along with her co-host Karan Wahi. Mandira Bedi who became a mother two years back is very excited on hosting Indian Idol Juniors and for the same we got in touch with her to know her feelings of being a part of the singing reality show for kids.

An elated Mandira said, "I relate to children very well now after becoming a mother. The concept of Indian Idol Juniors is really good and it feels great to be a part of such a show, which is focussed on small kids. I feel that Indian Idol Juniors has been the best thing that has happened to me."

She further added saying, "With kids it is altogether a different kind of vibration. I have hosted reality shows earlier too but nothing as compared to Indian Idol Juniors. This show has a lot of purity and innocence which makes it appear very original to the viewers."

The audition rounds are  over, so how has it been so far?, "The audition rounds have been incredible so far as we got to see so many talented kids and it was very difficult to choose from them. Every kid was best in their own way but the most heart breaking situation comes when you have to say a 'No' to any kid. Kids are very sensitive and get hurt very fast. Hence, eliminations are a tough task for me and Karan."

How do you manage your time between your work and your baby? "Well I see to it that I give him the much needed time. I work on alternate days, so that my child does not feel that I am not there with him when he needs me. For me, the priority in my life is first my kid and then my work."
