Indian Idol is down to just 10 contestants now...

Meghna Kumar's eviction last week on Sony's Indian Idol 5 was literally a blow to the ardent watchers of the show!! And while we hope none of the deserving candidates get ousted in the coming weeks, we head to yet another elimination episode which will be aired coming Monday..

A little birdie informed us that, "Its Manisha Karmakar, 19 year old girl from Kolkata who got eliminated this week. The bottom three comprised of Manisha Karmakar, Arpita Khan and Yashraj Kapil but it was a bad day for Manisha." There is no celebrity guest in this week's gala round.
  
For the uninitiated, Manisha's performance was taking a downward graph since the first gala round. And in the second Gala episode, she couldn't complete the song very smoothly and had taken a non-required pause, due to which viewers expected her to be out. But unfortunately it was Meghna who got eliminated last week, but this week was not that lucky enough for Manisha.
 
Our source also added that, "Yashraj and Arpita's appearance in bottom three came as a shock for studio audience, as they had performed comparitevely well during the previous episode when Pyarelalji was the guest judge."
