Indian Couture Week 2022: Shilpa Shetty dazzles in an exquisite tulle gown turning showstopper for Dolly J

With every passing day of the Indian couture week, Bollywood divas are ruling at the ramp in the most celebrated and captivating ensembles.While the rest of the world is anxious about wrinkling, Indian film actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra is getting younger by the day.

The 47-year-old Indian beauty is ageing like fine wine. The stunning lady closed designer Dolly J's show at the ongoing FDCI India Couture Week 2022 in New Delhi.

Shetty, known for her exquisite sartorial choices, shone on the runway. Shilpa Shetty Kundra dazzled the audience in an exquisite gown with perfect shimmer and tulle and, in her gorgeous demeanour, took out a lipstick from her dress pocket and applied it on the runway.

Dolly J's collection is inspired by tranquillity, which serves as the foundation for growth and advancement. The designer has paid attention to a moment of introspection, which is fundamental to metamorphosis, with golden colors, fluid textures, and dramatic cascades flecked with lovely motifs and embellishments indicating a change.

The designer used her usual feminine aesthetic with a glamorous flare to showcase her work. The colors of the collection ranged from peaceful champagne to dusty pinks, powdered lilacs, and gleaming gold. Talking about her ensemble and the collection, Shilpa Shetty shared her views and said,

“I loved the collection, Meraki. My ensemble is an absolute beautiful creation, the construction is very complicated, as the back and the front are literally stitched together. It is quite heavy with embellishments and tulle. Any bride would feel comfortable and beautiful in it."

On the professional front, Shilpa was last seen in the film Nikamma and will be seen in the Amazon Prime Video series, Indian Police Force that is helmed by Rohit Shetty.
