Indian Couture Week 2022: Rajkummar Rao graces the ramp in style turning muse for Anamika Khanna

The Indian Couture Week 2020 has been going on in full swing and B-Town celebs are ruling the ramps while turning muse for renowned fashion designers. Earlier it was Sara Ali Khan, Shilpa Shetty, Arjun Kapoor and others who stunned the viewers with their enchanting looks and ensembles.

Yesterday, Rajkummar Rao turned muse for designer Anamika Khanna and graced the ramp in style. He sported an all black pantsuit which consisted of a black blazer with rippled effect and black ripped pants. He was accessorized by silver jeweled necklaces. 

On being asked where he would wear this piece of art, he humorously quipped, “Now that I am married, can’t say for my wedding," which drew giggles from the crowd. He later added, “This pantsuit is very comfortable and I love Khanna’s collection. It’s an honour to walk for her."

Anamika Khanna’s Couture collection: An Experiment marked the grand finale of the Fashion Design Council of India’s India Couture Week 2022. The ramp was built with growing red design components covered in red hues. 

This collection is an open space for experimentation, stemming from an acute urge for change and pushing boundaries. The courtier has combined the ancient and new with knowledge of the amazing Indian shapes, textiles, and moods.

For the unversed, Indian Couture Week is an extravagant display of festivities and extravagance extended over ten days, where patrons, celebrities, and all partners gather to celebrate fashion.

Talking about Rajkummar Rao, his film HIT: The First Case hit the theatres recently and received mixed reviews from the critics as well as audiences. He has a bunch of projects in the pipeline like Mr. and Mrs. Mahi, Bheed and a few others.
