In conversation with Gulfam Khan

Gulfam Khan who left the audiences enchanted with her charismatic characters in television and Bollywood, believes that what matters most, is the way an actor projects a character. Be it negative, positive or grey. 

After doing theater for a long time, she had no plans of entering into television, but with the way things worked out, she is glad to be a part of the Telly and film industry.

Last seen on the show, 'Sindoor' (Zee TV) Gulfam has not been seen doing television since quite  a while now. We went on to ask her about, what has she been up to these days.

She said, "I never went anywhere. I was not doing television for two years because I was doing movies and travelling so couldn't commit 26 days a month to TV. When the movie shoots got over, I decided to take a breather for a while and made a comeback with one of my favorite co-stars Aruna Irani."

Speaking about the chemistry and equation she shares with other actors who have shot with her in the past, she mentioned of how she attends tea parties and catches up with her friends every 15 days. 

Gulfam shared, "I went to Bhopal recently to shoot a special episode of Savdhaan India (Life OK) and there too, I met two young actors and  immediately became possessive about them. Infact, Mouli Ganguly, Nagesh Kukunoor, Chirantan Das, Waseem Mushtaq, Jaswir Kaur and Waseem Sabir are a family now."
