‘Imlie’ co-actor Gashmeer Mahajani sends out a message for Sumbul Touqeer in Bigg Boss 16

Gashmeer Mahajani has been an integeral part of Star Plus show ‘Imlie’. Lead actors Gashmeer and Sumbul Touqeer enjoyed a massive fan following and had a great chemistry. It was post Gashmeer decided to quit the show that Fahmaan Khan was introduced in the show. Gashmeer and Sumbul are on cordial terms. Before going inside the Bigg Boss house, Sumbul also spoke at length about Gashmeer being a part of Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa 10 and also wished him luck for the same.

Recently, India Forums got the chance to chat with Gashmeer and in a conversation, we asked Gashmeer about Sumbul’s journey in Colors’ most controversial reality show ‘Bigg Boss 16’. Gashmeer gave out an interesting response for the same.

Gashmeer quipped, “My best wishes are always with her. The problem is I never follow Bigg Boss and have not been following this season as well. If it was a web-series that Sumbul was a part of, I would’ve deffinetly watched it. I would’ve subscribed to the OTT platform only to see the project as I believe she is a phenomenal artist. Having said that, I wish her the best of everything she takes up”.

Gashmeer played the character of Aditya Kumar Tripathi in ‘Imlie’. On the work front, Gashmeer became the first finalist of ‘Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa 10’ while he has also bagged a new show on Colors TV which is based on vampires. As per reports, Karan Kundrra and Reem Sheikh would be joining him for the same.
