Imlie: Agastya & Imlie grow closer amidst the realisation of their contract marriage coming to an end

In the latest developments on Star Plus' show Imlie tonight, Daadi, in an inebriated state, extends her apologies to Sonali for the repercussions of her misguided decisions on her life. Similarly, an intoxicated Agastya acknowledges Daadi's statements, agreeing that certain choices, such as Shivani selecting Avinash as her life partner and Rajni marrying Govind, were influenced by Daadi's decisions. Agastya, while inebriated, expresses his confidence in his upbringing, attributing his strengths to Daadi's values. Despite Govind's attempts to intervene, Agastya continues to apologize to Daadi, urging her forgiveness and singing a song in an effort to win her over, with Govind supporting him in this endeavor.

Later, Agastya attempts to call Imlie, but she deliberately disconnects his call. Approaching her with an unsteady gait, Agastya confronts her for disconnecting the call and asserts his desire for her exclusive company. He lifts her and insists that she belongs only with him, even though he acknowledges their relationship as per their contractual agreement. Imlie, disheartened, points out the temporary nature of their relationship due to the impending end of the contract. Agastya, undeterred, insists that their relationship, too, will conclude soon.

As Agastya tries to kiss Imlie, she resists, feeling nervous and questioning his actions. Agastya claims to be reading her face, asserting that he wants to understand her distress. To their relief, Daadi hands them Imlie's appointment letters, offering Agastya the authority to decide her job designation and salary. The misunderstanding is clarified, and Daadi instructs Agastya to get Imlie's signatures. However, the mystery of the missing divorce papers continues to trouble Imlie, prompting her to investigate Vishwa's involvement discreetly.
