Anupamaa: Prem breaks down and apologises to Anupama, admits she was not at fault for Aryan’s death

In tonight's episode of Anupamaa, Anupama is asked to serve food at the Pawar residence. As she serves, she becomes uneasy and tries to stay out of Prem and Anil's sight. When Prem takes a bite of the meal, he immediately senses something familiar in the taste and begins to suspect that Anupama might be behind it. Anupama, meanwhile, continues to hide while serving.

Elsewhere, Rahi and Parag meet Manohar. During their conversation, Manohar asks Rahi if she is still interested in starting her own dance academy. However, he expresses doubt, saying that these days, people prefer Western dance over classical styles. Rahi confidently says that classical dance will always find its worth. Touched by her passion, Manohar offers to train her in classical dance, asking her to teach him hip-hop in return. Rahi appreciates his gesture. Curious, Manohar asks where she learned classical dance. Rahi is left speechless.

Meanwhile, Gautam instructs someone to keep tabs on Ansh and Prarthana. When Pari hears about this, she warns Gautam to stop interfering in their lives. Gautam, in return, threatens her and tells her not to meddle in his affairs. Determined, Pari decides to inform Ansh and Prarthana about Gautam's intentions. Sensing her move, Gautam decides to watch all three of them closely.

Back at Manohar's place, he again questions Rahi about her dance training. Rahi replies that she learned simply by observing. Manohar feels she isn't telling the full truth. He invites her to Mumbai to join his dance academy and gifts her a plant, saying it's meant for her and his favourite cook. He speaks highly of Anupama but can't recall her name. Rahi clicks a photo with him to capture the moment.

Anupama later tells Sunita she wants to leave. Sunita insists she collect her payment first. Though Anupama suggests an online transfer, Sunita insists she wait for the cash. While Prem continues to be haunted by the taste of the food, Anupama avoids crossing his path. Once Sunita gives her the money, Prem catches a glimpse of Anupama in the mirror. Unaware he's seen her, Anupama prays for her children and takes the payment.

As Anupama prepares to leave the house, she gets emotional. She tries to comfort herself, thinking at least her children are doing well and Prem didn’t recognise the taste of her food or even notice her presence. Holding back tears, she walks away, telling herself that today was good.

Just then, while walking on the street, a man pushing a cart accidentally bumps into her. The sudden hit causes the money to fall from her hands. As she kneels down to pick up the scattered notes, she’s stunned to see Prem standing right in front of her.

Caught off guard, Anupama immediately gets up and starts running. Prem tries to stop her and offer help, but she becomes anxious. With fear and pain in her voice, she pleads with him to stay away, saying she only brings pain into people’s lives.

At the same time, Rahi becomes anxious thinking Prem might run into Anupama. Parag offers to take her out for lunch to cheer her up. On the other hand, Prem ends up resting his head on Anupama's lap. An emotional Anupama admits that while she made mistakes, they were never intentional. She recalls Samar's loss and holds herself responsible for Aryan's death. Prem comforts her, saying she doesn't owe him an apology. He confesses he was wrong to blame her and accepts that Aryan's death wasn't her fault.

Rahi worries about Prem and Anupama growing close again. Prem, now filled with regret for how he treated Anupama, tells her he wants to reunite her with Rahi. When he sees Rahi's bracelet with Anupama, he realises the two have already met. But Anupama pleads with him to keep it a secret, fearing Rahi's hatred.

Later, Rahi enjoys street food with Parag and remembers moments with Anupama. When Parag hears Anupama's name, he's surprised. Rahi brushes off the topic, and Parag tries to lift her mood with kind words. Meanwhile, Anupama shares kind words about Prem too.

In the precap, Anupama tells Prem that she doesn't wish to revisit her past. She makes it clear that she has no intention of reconnecting with the Shah family or rebuilding any bond with Rahi. Prem tries to hint about Anupama to Rahi, but she refuses to talk about her.
