Birthdays are always special but its more special when you have a reason behind it.

The very gorgeous Delhi girl Nikita Sharma who has succeeded to win the hearts of the audiences with her very first show Do Dil Ek Jaan on Life OK, turns a year wiser today.

As this day marks Nikita's first birthday after turning an actor, it holds more value and significance to her. An elated Nikita says, "I'm feeling so good as its my first birthday on the sets of Do Dil Ek Jaan. I've been really excited for this to happen. Although our daily shoot cannot be skipped, but I'm having a wonderful time today."

Incidentally, Nikita's birthday falls on the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami today. Regarding the same, the actress expresses her joy, "Fortunately this year, I'm sharing my birthday with Lord Krishna. Just like Lord Krishna, even I'm very natkhat and full of masti. Its a matter of pride for me as people all around the world are celebrating this day with utmost zeal and enthusiasm."

While Janmashtami is adding flavors to her day, a surprise cake cutting ceremony was organised by Life OK on the set today, which left the actress absolutely happy and amazed. The chocolate cake had dahi-handi and malai on it and looked really yummy. Ask Nikita about it and she says excitedly, "I'm really overwhelmed with the special cake arrangement and all the wishes that have been pouring in since yesterday. Moreover, chocolate cake is my favorite and I just love it any day."

The humble lady did not forget to mention that there are two more people from Do Dil Ek Jaan team who happen to celebrate their birthday today, therefore it's a complete blissful day for the entire team.
